Michael is responsible for the strategic direction and Sales and Marketing of Elevate IME. Specializing in developing performance improvement strategies for companies of all of sizes, he is an expert in their conception, promotion and delivery.   Michael has traveled the globe – a couple of times over and in doing so, has unparalleled destination knowledge in the industry. Beginning his career over 30 years ago in hotel group sales and marketing, Michael has spent his career serving his client’s needs with trust, knowledge and passion.  He currently sits on several client advisory boards and is a Certified Recognition Professional (CRP). A New England native, he graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Business degree from the Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration School.
